حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ خَرَصَهَا ابْنُ رَوَاحَةَ أَرْبَعِينَ أَلْفَ وَسْقٍ وَزَعَمَ أَنَّ الْيَهُودَ لَمَّا خَيَّرَهُمُ ابْنُ رَوَاحَةَ أَخَذُوا الثَّمَرَ وَعَلَيْهِمْ عِشْرُونَ أَلْفَ وَسْقٍ

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah

Ibn Rawahah estimated them at forty thousand wasqs. And he claimed that when Ibn Rawahah gave the Jews a choice, they took the fruit and twenty thousand wasqs were upon them.
