حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عِصَامٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَإِذَا شَرِبَ تَنَفَّسَ ثَلاَثًا وَقَالَ ‏"‏ هُوَ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ ‏"

Anas b.Malik said

When the Prophet (ﷺ) drank, he would breathe three times and say, "It is more wholesome, thirst-quenching, and healthier."
