Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ وَاقِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " لاَ تَرْجِعُوا بَعْدِي كُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُكُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ " .
Translation
Abu al-Walid al-Tayalisi narrated to us; Shu‘bah narrated to us. Waqid ibn Abdullah informed me, from his father, who heard Ibn Umar relate from the Prophet that he said: ‘Do not turn back after me as disbelievers, striking one another’s necks.’
