Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ أَهْلَ الْجَنَّةِ يَأْكُلُونَ فِيهَا وَيَشْرَبُونَ " .
Translation
‘Uthman ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us: Jarir narrated to us, from al-A‘mash, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, who said: I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: ‘The people of Paradise will eat and drink there.’
