Translation

Al-Hasan ibn ‘Ali narrated to us: ‘Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Ma‘mar informed us, from Qatadah, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) related a report like it. This version says: ‘Their distinguishing mark is shaving the head and removing the hair completely. When you see them, put them to death.’ Abu Dawud said: ‘Al-tasbid means removing all the hair.’
