حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَنَسِ بْنِ عِيَاضٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَرْمَلَةَ، عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبٍ بِنْتِ ذُؤَيْبِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْمُزَنِيَّةِ، - وَكَانَتْ تَحْتَ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ مِنْ أَسْلَمَ ثُمَّ كَانَتْ تَحْتَ ابْنِ أَخٍ لِصَفِيَّةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ابْنُ حَرْمَلَةَ ‏:‏ فَوَهَبَتْ لَنَا أُمُّ حَبِيبٍ صَاعًا- حَدَّثَتْنَا عَنِ ابْنِ أَخِي صَفِيَّةَ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ أَنَّهُ صَاعُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ قَالَ أَنَسٌ ‏:‏ فَجَرَّبْتُهُ، أَوْ قَالَ فَحَزَرْتُهُ فَوَجَدْتُهُ مُدَّيْنِ وَنِصْفًا بِمُدِّ هِشَامٍ

Narrated Safiyyah bint Huyayy

Umm Habibah bint Dhu'ayb ibn Qays al-Muzaniyyah—who was married to a man from them from Aslam, then was married to the nephew of Safiyyah, the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ)—Umm Habibah gave us a sa'. Ibn Harmalah said: She narrated to us from the nephew of Safiyyah, from Safiyyah, that it was the sa' of the Prophet (ﷺ). Anas said: I tried it, or he said: I measured it, and I found it to be two mudd and a half according to the mudd of Hisham.
