حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، كَانَيَقْرَأُ فِي صَلاَةِ الْمَغْرِبِ بِنَحْوِ مَا تَقْرَءُونَ { وَالْعَادِيَاتِ } وَنَحْوِهَا مِنَ السُّوَرِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَذَا يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ ذَاكَ مَنْسُوخٌ وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ
Translation
HIsham b . ‘Urwah said that his father (‘Umrah) used to recite the surahs as you recite like Wa’l-Adiyat(surah c).Abu Dawud said
That his father used to recite in the Maghrib prayer something similar to what you recite: {By the racing chargers} and similar surahs.
Abu Dawud said: This indicates that that is abrogated, and this is more sound.
