حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ أُنَادِيَ أَنَّهُلاَ صَلاَةَ إِلاَّ بِقِرَاءَةِ فَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ فَمَا زَادَ ‏.‏

Abu hurairah said

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded me to proclaim that there is no prayer except with the recitation of the Opening of the Book (Fatihat al-Kitab) and more.
