حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ - أُرَاهُ رَفَعَهُ - قَالَ ‏"‏لاَ غِرَارَ فِي تَسْلِيمٍ وَلاَ صَلاَةٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَرَوَاهُ ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَلَى لَفْظِ ابْنِ مَهْدِيٍّ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ

Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet(ﷺ) as saying

There is no ghirar in delivery (taslim) or in prayer.

Abu Dawud said: Ibn Fudail narrated it with the wording of Ibn Mahdi's version and did not attribute it to the Prophet (marfu').
