The Blessing Of Friday And The Eve Of Friday — Sunan Abi Dawud 1047

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Among the most excellent of your days is Friday; on it Adam was created, on it he was taken in death, on it the blast will occur, and on it the swooning will occur. So invoke blessings upon me abundantly on that day, for your blessings are presented to me." He said: They asked, "O Messenger of Allah, how can our blessings be presented to you when you have disintegrated?" — meaning, when you have decayed — and he replied, "Indeed, Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, has forbidden the earth from consuming the bodies of the Prophets."
