The Imam Talking To Someobe During His Khutbah Sunan Abi Dawud 1091
Translation
Jabir said
When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sat down on Friday, he said, "Sit down." Ibn Mas'ud heard that and sat down at the door of the mosque. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saw him and said, "Come here, O Abdullah ibn Mas'ud."
Abu Dawud said: This is known as a mursal report; people only narrated it from 'Ata' directly from the Prophet (ﷺ), and Makhlad is a shaykh.
