Praying After The Friday Prayer — Sunan Abi Dawud 1133

'Ata' reported that he saw Ibn 'Umar praying after the Friday prayer, shifting a little from the place where he had performed the Friday prayer, and he would pray two rak'ahs. Then he would walk away a considerable distance from that and pray four rak'ahs. I asked 'Ata', "How many times did you see Ibn 'Umar doing that?" He replied, "Many times." Abu Dawud said: 'Abd al-Malik ibn Abi Sulayman narrated it, but he did not complete it.
