Women Going Out To The 'Eid Sunan Abi Dawud 1136
Translation
Umm 'Atiyyah said
Umm Atiyah reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded us to bring out the young women who stay in seclusion and the menstruating women on the day of Eid, so that they might witness the goodness and the supplication of the Muslims. A woman asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, what if one of us does not have an outer garment?' He replied, 'Let her companion lend her a portion of her garment.'
