If The Imam Does Not Go Out For 'Eid On Its Day, He Should Go Out To Hold It The Next Day — Sunan Abi Dawud 1158

I used to go out early with the companions of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to the place of prayer on the Day of Eid al-Fitr and the Day of Eid al-Adha. We would walk through the valley of Batn Bathan until we reached the place of prayer, and we would pray with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). Then we would return from the valley of Batn Bathan to our homes.
