Translation
‘Abd al-Rahman bin `Uthman al-Taime said
Yazid bin Khalid bin Mawhab and Ahmad bin Salih narrated to us, both saying: Ibn Wahb narrated to us: Amr informed me, from Bukayr, from Yahya bin Abdurrahman bin Hatib, from Abdurrahman bin Uthman al-Taymi, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited taking the lost items of the pilgrims (Luqat al-Hajj). Ahmad said: Ibn Wahb said, meaning regarding the lost item of the pilgrim: one leaves it until its owner finds it. Ibn Mawhab said from Amr.
