Narrated Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab
Ahmad ibn Salih narrated to us: Abdullah ibn Wahb narrated to us: Haywah informed me: Abu Isa al-Khurasani informed me, from Abdullah ibn al-Qasim, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, that a man from the Companions of the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) came to Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) and testified before him that he heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) during his illness in which he passed away, prohibiting performing 'Umrah before Hajj.
