Abu Salamah (Musa bin Ismail) narrated to us: Wuhaib narrated to us: Ayyub narrated to us, from Abu Qilabah, from Anas, that the Prophet (ﷺ) spent the night at Dhu al-Hulayfah until morning came. Then he mounted, and when his mount stood up with him at al-Bayda', he praised Allah, glorified Him, and magnified Him, then he entered into a state of Ihram for Hajj and 'Umrah, and the people entered into Ihram for both of them. When we arrived, he ordered the people to exit Ihram, until on the Day of Tarwiyah, they entered into Ihram for Hajj, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) slaughtered seven camels standing, with his own hand.
Abu Dawud said: What is unique to this narration from Anas is that he began with praise, glorification, and magnification, then he entered into Ihram for Hajj.
