حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَعَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالاَ وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَعْنَاهُ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا وَلأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ ‏.‏ وَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا أَلَمْلَمَ قَالَ ‏"‏ فَهُنَّ لَهُمْ وَلِمَنْ أَتَى عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَهْلِهِنَّ مِمَّنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ وَمَنْ كَانَ دُونَ ذَلِكَ ‏.‏ - قَالَ ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ - مِنْ حَيْثُ أَنْشَأَ قَالَ وَكَذَلِكَ حَتَّى أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ يُهِلُّونَ مِنْهَا

Ibn `Abbas and Tawus reported

Sulaiman ibn Harb narrated to us: Hammad narrated to us, from Amr ibn Dinar, from Tawus, from Ibn Abbas, and from Ibn Tawus, from his father, both of whom said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, appointed a similar meaning. One of them said: 'And Yalamlam for the people of Yemen.' The other said: 'Alamlam.' He said: 'They are for them, and for whoever passes by them from other than their people, among those who intend to perform Hajj and Umrah, and for those who are closer than that.' Ibn Tawus said: 'From wherever they start.' He said: 'And similarly, even the people of Makkah assume Ihram from it.'
