Translation

Haram ibn Muhayyisah reported from his father: A she-camel belonging to al-Bara ibn Azib entered the garden of a man and damaged it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that owners of property must guard it by day, and owners of livestock must guard it by night.
