حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ‏:‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم‏:‏ الْمَمْلُوكُ الَّذِي يُحْسِنُ عِبَادَةَ رَبِّهِ، وَيُؤَدِّي إِلَى سَيِّدِهِ الَّذِي فُرِضَ، الطَّاعَةُ وَالنَّصِيحَةُ، لَهُ أَجْرَانِ‏.‏

Muhammad ibn al-Ala narrated to us. He said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Burayd ibn Abd Allah, from Abu Burda, from Abu Musa, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: ‘A person under authority who worships his Lord well and fulfills toward his master what has been required of him—obedience and sincere counsel—will receive a double reward.’
