حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ يُقَلِّمُ أَظَافِيرَهُ فِي كُلِّ خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ لَيْلَةً، وَيَسْتَحِدُّ فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ.

Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz related to us: al-Walid ibn Muslim related to us: Ibn Abi Rawwad related to me: Nafi‘ informed me that Ibn ‘Umar used to clip his nails once every fifteen nights and remove the pubic hair once each month.
