Musa related to us, saying: Wuhayb related to us, saying: Ja‘far related to us, from his father, from Jabir, who said: When the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was in a state of major ritual impurity, he would pour three handfuls of water over his head. Al-Hasan ibn Muhammad said: “Abu ‘Abdullah, my hair is more abundant than that.” He struck al-Hasan’s thigh with his hand and said: “My nephew, the Prophet’s hair was more abundant than yours, and more beautiful.”
