حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي خَمِيلٌ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: مِنْ سَعَادَةِ الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ: الْمَسْكَنُ الْوَاسِعُ، وَالْجَارُ الصَّالِحُ، وَالْمَرْكَبُ الْهَنِيءُ.

Muhammad ibn Kathir related to us: Sufyan informed us, from Habib ibn Abi Thabit, who said: Khumayl told me, from Nafi' ibn 'Abd al-Harith, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: ‘Among the things that bring a Muslim happiness are a spacious dwelling, a righteous neighbour, and a comfortable mount.’
