Musaddad related to us: ‘Abd al-Warith related to us, from ‘Abd al-‘Aziz, from Anas, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “When you supplicate to Allah, be resolute in your supplication. None of you should say, ‘If You wish, give it to me,’ for no one can compel Allah.”
