‘Abd al-Ghaffar ibn Dawud related to us: Ya‘qub ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman related to us, from Musa ibn ‘Uqba, from ‘Abd Allah ibn Dinar, from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Umar, who said: Among the supplications of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was: “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the loss of Your blessing, the change of the well-being You have granted, the suddenness of Your retribution, and all that incurs Your anger.”
