Musnad Ahmad 345
Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us; ‘Uyaynah informed us, from ‘Ali ibn Zayd, who said: I came to Medina and visited Salim ibn ‘Abd Allah while wearing a silk-brocade jubba. Salim said to me, ‘What are you doing wearing these clothes? I heard my father relate from ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Only one who has no share wears silk.”’
