Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ثُمَّ ارْفَعْ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ جَالِسًا ".
Translation
Ibn Bashshar narrated to us, saying: Yahya told me, from Ubayd Allah. Said told me, from his father, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Then rise until you are at ease sitting.
