Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ كُنْتُ رَجُلاً مَذَّاءً فَأَمَرْتُ رَجُلاً أَنْ يَسْأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِمَكَانِ ابْنَتِهِ فَسَأَلَ فَقَالَ " تَوَضَّأْ وَاغْسِلْ ذَكَرَكَ ".
Translation
Abu al-Walid narrated to us, saying: Zaidah narrated to us, from Abu Husayn, from Abu Abd al-Rahman, from Ali, who said: I was a man who emitted madhy, so I asked a man to question the Prophet (ﷺ) on my behalf because of his relationship to my daughter. He asked, and the Prophet (ﷺ) said: Perform ablution and wash your penis.
