Adam narrated to us: Ibn Abi Dhi’b narrated to us: al-Zuhri narrated to us, from Sa‘id bin al-Musayyab, from Abu Huraira, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Al-Zuhri also narrated, from Abu Salama, from Abu Huraira, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: ‘When you hear the commencement of prayer, walk to the prayer with calmness and dignity; do not hurry. Pray whatever you catch, and complete whatever you missed.’
