Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ حَدَّثَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلمأَنَّهُ كَانَ يَأْخُذُهُ وَالْحَسَنَ فَيَقُولُ " اللَّهُمَّ أَحِبَّهُمَا فَإِنِّي أُحِبُّهُمَا ".
Translation
Narrated Usama bin Zaid
That the Prophet (ﷺ) used to take him (i.e. Usama) and Al-Hassan (in his lap) and say: "O Allah! Love them, as I love them."
