حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَتِ الأَنْصَارُ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم اقْسِمْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ إِخْوَانِنَا النَّخِيلَ. قَالَ " لاَ ". فَقَالَ تَكْفُونَا الْمَئُونَةَ وَنُشْرِكُكُمْ فِي الثَّمَرَةِ. قَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا.
Translation
Abu al-Yaman informed us; Shuʿayb informed us; Abu al-Zinad narrated to us, from al-Aʿraj, from Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Ansar said to the Prophet, “Divide the date palms between us and our brothers.” He replied, “No.” They said, “You take care of the work, and we will share the fruit with you.” They said, “We hear and obey.”
