حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْعُمْرَى أَنَّهَا لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ.
Translation
Abu Nuʿaym narrated to us: Shayban narrated to us, from Yahya, from Abu Salama, from Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: The Prophet ﷺ ruled that an ʿumra belongs to the person to whom it was granted.
