Sahih al-Bukhari 6159
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى رَجُلاً يَسُوقُ بَدَنَةً فَقَالَ " ارْكَبْهَا ". قَالَ إِنَّهَا بَدَنَةٌ. قَالَ " ارْكَبْهَا ". قَالَ إِنَّهَا بَدَنَةٌ. قَالَ " ارْكَبْهَا وَيْلَكَ ".
Translation
Anas reported that the Prophet saw a man leading a sacrificial camel and said, “Ride it.” The man replied, “It is a sacrificial camel.” The Prophet repeated, “Ride it.” The man again said that it was a sacrificial camel. The Prophet said, “Ride it, woe to you!”
