Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَعْنٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَدْخُلُ مِنَ الثَّنِيَّةِ الْعُلْيَا، وَيَخْرُجُ مِنَ الثَّنِيَّةِ السُّفْلَى.

Ibrahim ibn al-Mundhir narrated to us; he said: Maan narrated to me; Malik narrated to me, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to enter by the upper mountain pass and leave by the lower mountain pass.
