The permissibility of talking during the Tawaf Sahih al-Bukhari 1620

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، أَنَّ ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ الأَحْوَلُ، أَنَّ طَاوُسًا، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلممَرَّ وَهُوَ يَطُوفُ بِالْكَعْبَةِ بِإِنْسَانٍ رَبَطَ يَدَهُ إِلَى إِنْسَانٍ بِسَيْرٍ، أَوْ بِخَيْطٍ، أَوْ بِشَىْءٍ غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ، فَقَطَعَهُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِيَدِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ " قُدْهُ بِيَدِهِ "
Translation
Narrated Ibn `Abbas
While the Prophet (ﷺ) was performing Tawaf of the Ka`ba, he passed by a person who had tied his hands to another person with a rope or string or something like that. The Prophet (ﷺ) cut it with his own hands and said, "Lead him by the hand."
