How do the people give the Bai'a to the Imam Sahih al-Bukhari 7206
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ قُلْتُ لِسَلَمَةَعَلَى أَىِّ شَىْءٍ بَايَعْتُمُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ قَالَ عَلَى الْمَوْتِ.
Translation
Narrated Yazid
I said to Salama, "For what did you give the Pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (ﷺ) on the Day of Hudaibiya?" He replied, "For death."
