Sahih al-Bukhari 3833

ʿAli ibn ʿAbdullah narrated to us: Sufyan narrated to us. He said: ʿAmr used to say: Saʿid ibn al-Musayyab narrated to us, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: “A flood came in pre-Islamic times and covered everything between the two mountains.” Sufyan said: He used to say, “This is a report of significance.”
