Sahih al-Bukhari 3937

Muhammad ibn Yusuf narrated to us: Sufyan narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: “Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf arrived, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) established a bond of brotherhood between him and the Ansari Saʿd ibn al-Rabi. Saʿd offered to share his family and wealth equally with him. Abd al-Rahman said, ‘May Allah bless your family and wealth. Show me the market.’ He made some profit from dried curds and ghee. A few days later, the Prophet saw him with traces of yellow scent on him and asked, ‘What is this, Abd al-Rahman?’ He said, ‘Messenger of Allah, I have married a woman from the Ansar.’ He asked, ‘What dowry did you give her?’ He replied, ‘Gold weighing as much as a date stone.’ The Prophet said, ‘Hold a wedding feast, even if with one sheep.’”
