Sahih al-Bukhari 1812
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَدْرٍ، شُجَاعُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعُمَرِيِّ، قَالَ وَحَدَّثَ نَافِعٌ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ، وَسَالِمًا، كَلَّمَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ فَقَالَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُعْتَمِرِينَ، فَحَالَ كُفَّارُ قُرَيْشٍ دُونَ الْبَيْتِ، فَنَحَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بُدْنَهُ، وَحَلَقَ رَأْسَهُ.
Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahim narrated to us; Abu Badr Shuja ibn al-Walid informed us, from Umar ibn Muhammad al-Umari, who said: Nafi also narrated that Abdullah and Salim spoke to Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said: “We set out with the Prophet intending to perform Umrah, but the Quraysh disbelievers kept us from reaching the House. The Messenger of Allah sacrificed his camels and shaved his head.”
