Sahih al-Bukhari 4780
حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " يَقُولُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَعْدَدْتُ لِعِبَادِي الصَّالِحِينَ مَا لاَ عَيْنٌ رَأَتْ، وَلاَ أُذُنٌ سَمِعَتْ، وَلاَ خَطَرَ عَلَى قَلْبِ بَشَرٍ، ذُخْرًا، بَلْهَ مَا أُطْلِعْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ ". ثُمَّ قَرَأَ {فَلاَ تَعْلَمُ نَفْسٌ مَا أُخْفِيَ لَهُمْ مِنْ قُرَّةِ أَعْيُنٍ جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ}
Ishaq ibn Nasr narrated to me: Abu Usama narrated to us, from al-Aʿmash: Abu Salih narrated to us, from Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (Allah bless him and grant him peace), who said: Allah, Exalted is He, says, “I have prepared for My righteous servants what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and what has never crossed the heart of any human being—as a treasure in store, let alone what I have shown you.” Then he recited, “No soul knows what has been hidden for them of delights to the eyes, as a reward for what they used to do.”
