Sahih al-Bukhari 6512

Ismail narrated to us; he said: Malik narrated to me, from Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Halhalah, from Ma'bad ibn Ka'b ibn Malik, from Abu Qatadah ibn Rib'i al-Ansari, who used to relate that a funeral procession passed by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said, ‘One who is relieved, and one from whom others are relieved.’ They asked, ‘Messenger of Allah, who is the one relieved and who is the one from whom others are relieved?’ He replied: ‘The believing servant is relieved of the toil and harm of this world and goes to Allah's mercy. The wicked servant is one from whom people, lands, trees, and animals are relieved.’
