Sahih al-Bukhari 6519
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " يَقْبِضُ اللَّهُ الأَرْضَ، وَيَطْوِي السَّمَاءَ بِيَمِينِهِ، ثُمَّ يَقُولُ أَنَا الْمَلِكُ أَيْنَ مُلُوكُ الأَرْضِ ".
Translation
Muhammad ibn Muqatil narrated to us; Abdullah informed us; Yunus informed us, from al-Zuhri; Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab narrated to me, from Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: ‘Allah will grasp the earth and fold up the heaven in His right hand. Then He will say: I am the King. Where are the kings of the earth?’
