Sahih al-Bukhari 6529
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَخِي، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْغَيْثِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَوَّلُ مَنْ يُدْعَى يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ آدَمُ، فَتَرَاءَى ذُرِّيَّتُهُ فَيُقَالُ هَذَا أَبُوكُمْ آدَمُ. فَيَقُولُ لَبَّيْكَ وَسَعْدَيْكَ. فَيَقُولُ أَخْرِجْ بَعْثَ جَهَنَّمَ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِكَ. فَيَقُولُ يَا رَبِّ كَمْ أُخْرِجُ فَيَقُولُ أَخْرِجْ مِنْ كُلِّ مِائَةٍ تِسْعَةً وَتِسْعِينَ ". فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِذَا أُخِذَ مِنَّا مِنْ كُلِّ مِائَةٍ تِسْعَةٌ وَتِسْعُونَ، فَمَاذَا يَبْقَى مِنَّا قَالَ " إِنَّ أُمَّتِي فِي الأُمَمِ كَالشَّعَرَةِ الْبَيْضَاءِ فِي الثَّوْرِ الأَسْوَدِ ".
Ismail narrated to us; my brother narrated to me, from Sulayman, from Thawr, from Abu al-Ghayth, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: ‘The first person to be summoned on the Day of Resurrection will be Adam. His descendants will appear before him, and it will be said that this is their father Adam. He will answer the call. It will be said to him to bring out the people destined for Hell from among his descendants. He will ask how many he should bring out. It will be said to bring out ninety-nine from every hundred.’ They said, ‘Messenger of Allah, if ninety-nine out of every hundred are taken from us, what will remain of us?’ He replied: ‘My community among the other communities is like a white hair on a black bull.’
