Bulugh al-Maram 1381
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا { فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: ﴿ لَا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اَللَّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ ﴾ 1 قَالَتْ: هُوَ قَوْلُ اَلرَّجُلِ: لَا وَاَللَّهِ. بَلَى وَاَللَّهِ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ 2 . وَأَوْرَدَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ مَرْفُوعاً 3 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 6920 ). 2 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 6663 ).3 - رواه أبو داود ( 3254 ) وأشار أبو داود إلى وقفه، وهو الذي صححه الدارقطني.
Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) explained Allah’s words, ‘Allah will not hold you accountable for unintentional oaths,’ as a man’s saying, ‘No, by Allah,’ and ‘Yes, by Allah.’ Al-Bukhari transmitted it as one of her own statements. The report is authentic; al-Bukhari transmitted it (6663). Abu Dawud transmitted it as a report attributed to the Prophet (3254), but indicated that it is actually Aishah’s own statement; this is the version al-Daraqutni graded authentic.
