Bulugh al-Maram 1385
وَعَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ "كَفَّارَةُ اَلنَّذْرِ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ" } رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ. 1 . وَزَادَ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ فِيهِ: { إِذَا لَمْ يُسَمِّ } , وَصَحَّحَهُ. 2 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1645 ).2 - ضعيف. رواه الترمذي ( 1528 ) وفيه محمد بن يزيد الفلسطيني وهو "مجهول" وهذا الزيادة أيضا عند ابن ماجه ( 2127 ) بسند ضعيف.
Uqbah ibn Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) said: ‘The expiation for a vow is the expiation for an oath.’ Muslim transmitted it. Al-Tirmidhi adds, ‘when it is unspecified,’ and graded that addition authentic. The report is authentic; Muslim transmitted it (1645). The added wording is weak: al-Tirmidhi transmitted it (1528) through Muhammad ibn Yazid al-Filastini, an unknown narrator; it also appears in Ibn Majah (2127) through a weak chain.
