The Manners of Answering the Call of Nature
Arabic hadith text
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا; أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { مَنْ أَتَى اَلْغَائِطَ فَلْيَسْتَتِرْ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد َ 1 .1 - ضعيف. ووهم الحافظ في نسبته لعائشة رضي الله عنها، وإنما الحديث لأبي هريرة عند أبي داود (35).
Translation
Narrated ‘Aisha (rad)
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “If anyone goes to relive himself, he should conceal himself”. [Reported by Abu Da’ud].
