The clothing of the Messenger of Allah (saws) Sunan Ibn Majah 3553
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَكُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَعَلَيْهِ رِدَاءٌ نَجْرَانِيٌّ غَلِيظُ الْحَاشِيَةِ .
Translation
It wasnarrated that Anas bin Malik said
“I was with the MessengerofAllah (ﷺ) and over him was a Najrani upper wrap with a thickborder.”
