Sunan Ibn Majah 3572

Abū Bakr ibn Abī Shaybah narrated to us; Abū al-Aḥwaṣ narrated to us, from Abū Isḥāq, from Muslim ibn Nudhayr, from Ḥudhayfah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, took hold of the lower part of my calf—or his calf—and said, “This is where the lower wrap should be. If you refuse, then lower; if you refuse, then lower; if you refuse, the lower wrap has no right to reach the ankles.”

ʿAlī ibn Muḥammad narrated to us; Sufyān ibn ʿUyaynah narrated to us; Abū Isḥāq narrated to me, from Muslim ibn Nudhayr, from Ḥudhayfah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, with a report like it.
