Applying perfume when entering Ihram Sunan Ibn Majah 2927
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْكَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى وَبِيصِ الطِّيبِ فِي مَفَارِقِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ وَهُوَ يُلَبِّي .
Translation
It wasnarrated that ‘Aishah said
“It is as if I can see the racesofperfume in the parting (of hair) of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ),while he is reciting the Talbiyah.”
