Sunan Ibn Majah 2947

Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn Numayr narrated to us: Yūnus ibn Bukayr narrated to us: Muḥammad ibn Isḥāq narrated to us, from Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar ibn al-Zubayr, from ʿUbayd Allāh ibn ʿAbd Allāh ibn Abī Thawr, from Ṣafiyyah bint Shaybah, who said: When the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, had settled in Mecca in the year of the Conquest, he circumambulated on his camel, touching the corner with a hooked staff in his hand. Then he entered the Kaʿbah and found a wooden dove inside. He broke it, then stood at the door of the Kaʿbah and threw it out, while I watched him.
